This limited edition bottle has been created to celebrate the re-designation of Ipswich’s town and civic church, St Mary le Tower, as Ipswich Minster.
Classic style bottled conditioned (live yeast) pale bitter with a hint of citrus, clear & crisp with a sweet finish. comes in 330ml bottles with flip top lids.
Beer should be stored upright for 24 hours to settle then poured carefully so it replicates a traditional cask bitter in every aspect.

BREWING NOTES

Brewers notes: Pale modern appearance but traditional mouthful with a delightful sweet finish. A light golden ale, with a hint of citrus. Clear and crisp with a sweet, refreshing finish.

Notes from Charlie Buckle, the owner: The colour of summer straw, this is a super smooth golden ale. Using the ever-popular Brewers Gold hop, we produce a punchy floral aroma.
