Nedging Hall Estate
We are proud to be part of Nedging Hall Estate, a family run estate in the heart of Suffolk. The estate comprises of our brewery, two pubs, an AA restaurant and hotel and an exclusive-use country house.
Barley to Bottle
We use malt barley grown on our own farm along with exceptional new age hops grown in the UK. By growing our own barley and using Muntons (20 miles away) to malt our barley, we reduce our transport pollution. The spent grains are then fed to Red Poll cattle, a Suffolk rare breed. The beef is subsequently used in the estate’s establishments.
Sustainability is at the forefront of Nedging Hall Estate and we are constantly looking for new ways to improve our ecological footprint.
We love that our businesses work full circle. We craft the ales that go into our three Suffolk pubs, The Lindsey Rose, The Bildeston Crown and The Brewery Tap.

Nedging Hall
This ten bedroom, country house is set in beautiful private parkland, away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. The house boasts a stylish indoor, heated, natural salt swimming pool, a sauna, a tennis court; billiard room; and table tennis room.
